We are Nature: Exploring the Body Through the Four Elements

We are often led to falsely believe that there is nature, and then there is us, as though we aren’t all intrinsically linked and the same. The Dhamma is here to remind us otherwise. In this daylong, we will explore the various doorways into cultivating mettā, as well as the spectrum in which it can come alive in our daily lives.
