We are all likely aware of the massive problem of plastic pollution in our oceans and environment, yet a transition in our personal lives away from plastic use may feel daunting or even impossible.
This four-session offering lends community support for you to consciously reduce your consumption of plastics. Our goal is to inspire you, rather than overwhelm you, to become more conscious of your purchasing habits and to progressively shift your lifestyle to be more sustainable and in alignment with the Dharma truth of interdependence.
Our sessions will combine inspiration and resources from a mother and her son transitioning to minimal plastic living, a virtual watch party to connect somatically to the issue of plastic pollution, a Dharma session to support us in overcoming our addiction to convenience and to shift our consumption habits, and time in sangha for discussion, collective momentum, and resource sharing.
