I’m a second generation Filipina-Canadian living on the unceded territory Tiohti:áke, colonially known as Montreal, and I've been practicing and studying Buddhist Meditation, or Insight Meditation, since 2005.
I’m passionate about making mindfulness and meditation practices as accessible as possible, through affinity spaces, by offering low-cost options, scholarships, sliding scale pricing, and a variety of ways one can deepen their practice.
I teach Mindfulness Meditation, Vipassana (Insight) Meditation, and Buddhadharma in a playful, dynamic, and accessible way, using a mix of the Buddha’s teachings and personal stories.
I’m also on the Guiding Teachers Committee for True North Insight and on the board for Sacred Mountain Sangha, charitable organizations that offer Insight meditation retreats and courses.
