Pay It Forward Tier

$30 CAD/month or $324 CAD/year

Choose this tier if you comfortably cover all your basic needs, own your home/can rent in most areas, have savings and expendable income for things like café visits or new clothes, and/or can afford holidays and time off without stress.

$20 CAD/month or $216 CAD/year

Choose this tier if you sometimes worry about meeting your basic needs but usually achieve them, are employed and possibly have some savings, have some expendable income for occasional treats, can buy some new or secondhand items, and sometimes afford holidays.

Equity Tier

$12 CAD/month or $129.60 CAD/year

Choose this tier if you often stress about meeting basic needs, experience financial struggle due to historic inequity, are unemployed, have a low-wage job, and/or have significant current financial struggles, regardless of the reason.

If you are a mindfulness teacher or facilitator

In addition to the benefits that all sustaining members receive, you also have access to:
