This two-day online retreat invites folks into a kinship of experience, holding the paradox of the relative plane of identity and history in balance with the Buddha’s ultimate pointing toward truth and liberation. Held in the wisdom and compassion of the Dharma, practices that help steady the mind and open the heart and support of the development of wisdom, clear seeing, and loving awareness will be shared.
The retreat will offer guided meditations, mindful movement, and devotional practices. Practicing “alone together” while in our own spaces presents a unique and powerful new kind of retreat container to deepen our practice and the integration of mindfulness into how we’re living during these times.
Open to beginning meditators as well as seasoned practitioners.
This retreat will be taught in English.
