The Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) Sangha is a weekly gathering of self-identified BIPOC practitioners that provides a safe place to meditate and explore the dharma. Spirit Rock Live: Monday Nights with Jack Kornfield & Friends
Spirit Rock's Monday Night Dharma Talk and Meditation program is open to all and meets every Monday night from 7:15 – 9:15 p.m. Jack Kornfield began this weekly practice and gathering over 36 years ago to introduce the practices of awareness and compassion that are the heart of Buddhist teachings. The evening mixes periods of meditative sitting with dharma talks and is appropriate for beginners and experienced students alike and is a great way to find a little peace and quiet in which to sustain you into your week.

Insight Charlottesville Guided Meditation and Dharma Talk
Beginning with a few words on the Dhamma, we will have a group discussion followed by a guided practice, and ending with a chance to ask any burning questions or open up discussion. There will be full meditation instructions offered, making this session suitable for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.

Remembering: Mindfulness Workshop for The Ho Center for Buddhist Studies at Stanford University
The ancient Buddhist word sati, often translated as mindfulness, has the notion of remembering at its root. In this session, we’ll engage in embodiment and titration practices as a way to come home to the body, steady the heart and mind, and resource ourselves when times get difficult.
