Joy can be an incredibly powerful resource of support during challenging moments. Tuning to joy is a skill and, like most skills, it can be honed and sharpened the more we practice.
In our daylong together, we’ll explore the various pathways to joy, not as an act of erasure of difficult emotions, but as an anchor to return to again and again in our practice, our daily lives, and hopefully, when we are in our more challenging moments.
