Just as molasses is both sweet and slow, this class is designed to slow things down and ease you into a sweet stillness. We'll start with very slow, deep, and mindful sequences of poses, glide into restorative or yin poses followed by a long guided meditation, and end with a deep and sweet relaxation.
Bilingual class open to all levels.
