Disconnect to Reconnect is a 10-day digital wellness program that combines Buddhist meditation, somatic practices, and practical boundary-setting to help you develop a healthier relationship with technology.

Through daily guided meditations, embodied awareness exercises, and actionable steps, you'll move from reactive digital habits to intentional tech use while cultivating self-compassion throughout the process.

The program progresses through three phases - Intention, Impulse, and Integration - giving you the tools to create sustainable digital boundaries that support your well-being rather than drain it.

Program Breakdown

  • Build awareness of your current digital habits and clarify your deeper motivations for change through mindful device audits, embodied practices, and honest self-reflection. This foundation phase helps you understand what you appreciate about technology, what you want to shift, and what fears might be holding you back from healthier boundaries.

  • Learn to recognize and work skillfully with the automatic urges that drive compulsive tech use, while practicing self-compassion when old patterns arise. Through meditation practices like RAIN and mental noting, you'll develop the ability to pause between impulse and action, creating space for more conscious choices.

  • Weave your new insights and practices into sustainable daily rhythms that support long-term digital wellness. This final phase focuses on creating personalized boundaries, developing a technology mission statement, and building maintenance practices that will serve you beyond the 10 days.

What’s included:

  • A course hub that will serve as your anchor as your journey through the series. There you will find practical information, all the exercises, practices, and recordings.

  • Guided meditations to cultivate awareness and self-compassion around digital habits

  • Digital exercises to notice your patterns and practice mindful engagement with technology

  • Somatic practices to stay grounded and regulate your nervous system as you untangle your relationship with your tech

  • Reflection or journal prompts to deepen your understanding about your relationship with technology and motivations for change

  • Action items to implement healthier digital boundaries and intentional tech use

  • Sobering facts that validate your struggles and motivate continued practice

  • Daily online meetings from 10:00-10:30am ET. This is an opportunity to gather in community, be guided in meditation, have time to reflect and share the day’s prompts, ask questions and/or engage in discussion. These meetings will be recorded and uploaded to the course hub within a few hours.

  • Disconnect to Reconnect is for anyone who feels overwhelmed by their relationship with technology but don’t want to go completely offline. It's perfect for busy people who want to use technology intentionally rather than being used by it. No meditation experience required.

  • You’ll need to dedicate approximately 45-65 minutes daily for the program, which is actually less than 15% of what people typically spend on screens daily!

  • The materials are available for your use for 3 months.
