I’m Dawn. My pronouns are she/her/hers and I’m a Mindfulness Meditation and Buddhist Meditation teacher, author, and mentor.

We can practice together through one of my self-paced meditation courses, via my membership community, or in a group setting for weekly classes, daylongs, or retreats.

However we come together, I look forward to accompanying you on your journey.

I’ve had a mindfulness membership community since April 2020, through which I am able to share guided practices, resources, and other teachings in a distraction free space with fellow curious practitioners of all levels. As a member, you have access to monthly meetups as well as curated content meant to support and bring your practice to life.
