An 8-month online study program exploring and integrating the Buddha’s Noble Eightfold Path into your daily life.
What if your spiritual path wasn’t separate from the messiness and beauty of daily life, but woven into it?
The Living Dharma Program is about walking the Buddha's Noble Eightfold Path as a practice that meets you in your actual life—through the good days and the hard ones, when you're calm and when you're completely scattered.
We'll spend eight months together, exploring the Buddhist teachings in ways that encourage your practice to feel alive, and you’ll be encouraged to bring that aliveness into everything else you do.
This isn't about perfection or having all the answers. It's about showing up honestly, over and over, even when—especially when—things get messy.
What’s included:
A course hub that will serve as your anchor as your journey through the series. There you will find practical information, all the rituals and practices, and recordings.
Daily Rituals to help you get a sense of grounding and coming home to yourself (found in the course hub)
Daily Practices designed to take you deeper into reflection over the course of the 8 days (found in the course hub)
Daily online meetings from 10:00-10:30am ET. This is an opportunity to gather in community, be guided in meditation, participate in some of the Daily Rituals together, receive a verbal overview of the Daily Practices, ask questions and/or engage in discussion. These meetings will be recorded and uploaded to the course hub within a few hours.
