How to bring Yoga to your workplace:
- Get a group together who would like to take advantage of having Yoga classes at work.
- Choose a day and time that works for everyone (preferably at lunch or right after work).
- Find a room in your workplace that can be used for our Yoga classes (e.g. conference room, fitness room, etc.).
- Decide when you would like to start and for how many weeks the Yoga session will be.
