How to bring Yoga to your workplace:

  1. Get a group together who would like to take advantage of having Yoga classes at work.
  2. Choose a day and time that works for everyone (preferably at lunch or right after work).
  3. Find a room in your workplace that can be used for our Yoga classes (e.g. conference room, fitness room, etc.).
  4. Decide when you would like to start and for how many weeks the Yoga session will be.
  5. Contact Dawn to finalize any other details.
