Meditation

Insight Meditation (also know as Vipassana in the Buddhist tradition) is a simple technique to a challenging, yet widely opening, practice.

Classes include instructions in both sitting and walking Meditation, as well as some guided Meditation, and opportunities for sharing questions and insights about the actual practice of Meditation. Additionally, concepts on how to apply Meditation to daily activities and movement will also be explored. This practice allows people from all traditions, backgrounds and beliefs to participate.
