Private session for individuals: a balanced 60-minute individual session tailored to your needs. Possibilities include: a dynamic vinyasa session to increase strength and flexibility; a slower, floor-based practice to encourage calm and grounding; breaking down a particular pose; and/or exploring options when working with limitations or injuries.
$90 per session or $800 for 10 sessions.
Private session for small groups (2 or more): a balanced 60-minute session tailored to your groups’ needs. Possibilities include: a dynamic vinyasa session to increase strength and flexibility; a slower, floor-based practice to encourage calm and grounding; breaking down a particular pose; and/or exploring options when working with limitations or injuries.
$120 per session or $1000 for 10 sessions.
Yoga in the Workplace: Integrate a little inspiration in the middle of your work day, while doing your mind and body good. A balanced 60-minute session tailored to your groups’ needs, delivered at your office.
$120 per session or $1000 for 10 sessions.
Yoga Consultation: 45 minute in-person, phone, or Skype consultation on a topic of concern in your yoga practice, yoga teaching, or life.
$75 per session.
6-week Meditation introduction: a six week course of 60 minute weekly sessions on the basics of Vipassana, or Insight, meditation. Sessions include instructions in both sitting and walking meditation, guided meditation, Metta or Loving-Kindness meditation, and opportunities for sharing questions and insights about your practice. Additionally, concepts on how to apply meditation to daily activities and movement will also be explored.
For individuals: $90 per session or $800 for 10 sessions. For small groups, at home or in the workplace: $120 per session or $1000 for 10 sessions.
