Yoga for Athletes

Prior to discovering Yoga, Dawn was quite athletic, playing competitively at Provincial levels, Track and Field, Field Hockey, and AAA Basketball. It is her unique athletic interest and background, combined with her passion for Yoga, that allows her to specialize in Yoga for Athletes.
