Meditation

Insight Meditation (also know as Vipassana in the Buddhist tradition) is a simple technique to a challenging, yet widely opening, practice.

A series of weekly classes will include instructions in both sitting and walking Meditation, as well as some guided Meditation, and opportunities for sharing questions and insights about the actual practice of Meditation. From time to time, concepts on how to apply Meditation to daily activities and movement will also be explored. This practice allows people from all traditions, backgrounds and beliefs to participate.

Although attendance of all classes is not obligatory, it is recommended in order to build a strong foundation in Meditation.
