Yoga + Meditation

Originally, the practice of asanas (Yoga postures) had been developed as a support to meditation, aiding meditators to remain in meditation while still being open to physical discomforts. The Yoga and Meditation sessions as taught by Dawn allow you to integrate meditation through yoga postures, in formal practice (seated and walking meditation), and in your everyday life.

This new approach to Yoga is a method that blends the insights and practices of Yoga with the mindfulness and Meditation of Buddhism. Through this unique approach, we learn how to become the best we can, trying together to reach a little further, stretch a little deeper, grow a little taller.
