It doesn't happen often that I come across a yoga book for children that is more than a step-by-step guide to poses named after animals, which is why I'm so happy to have found Emily and the Mighty Om. This beautifully illustrated (by Sleepless Kao), enchanting book is written by Montrealer Sarah Lolley and makes yoga a key part of the story, yet other important themes are also weaved in.

Why does a yoga teacher even need a logo? To be honest, a yoga teacher doesn't. I have one because I can't deny my background and everlasting passion. Before becoming a yoga teacher I was in marketing, and although I worked in Public Relations during my short stint as a marketer, I loved (and still love) branding.
